HARVEST HERB BREAD

2 cups Tenda-Bake® Self-Rising Corn Meal

1 cup Southern Biscuit® Self-Rising Flour

2 Tbls. sugar

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. thyme

1/2 tsp. basil

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup melted shortening or oil

1 1/4 cups milk


1. Combine corn meal, flour, sugar and herbs.

2. Combine egg, shortening or oil, and milk.

3. Add to corn meal mixture and combine well.

4. Turn into well-greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

5. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
