QUICK
CRUST PIE
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup Southern Biscuit® Complete Biscuit Mix
3/4 cup milk
1 can pie filling
1. Preheat your oven to 350¼F.
2. Melt the butter into an eight or nine inch long rectangular baking
dish.
3. Combine biscuit mix and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Mix well together.
4. Add the milk to the mixing bowl. Mix well again.
5. Pour mixture over butter. Do not mix.
6. Add pie filling evenly over top. Do not mix.
7. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake at 350¼F for 25 minutes
or until the center of the pie springs back.
